This Viognier is lively and fragrant with aromas of white peach, jasmine, honeysuckle and lemon zest. The palate is supple with mineral notes, rich flavors of honeyed apricots, lemon curd and crisp acidity for a refreshing finish.

Winemaker Notes
Picked early and whole cluster pressed. Allowed to cold settle to a clear juice before being sent to tank for low temperature fermentation lasting three week. The wine was sulphured after primary fermentation to prevent ML. Matured in stainless steel for 8 months before bottling.
