Bring Swanson’s warm hospitality straight to your home with a private virtual tasting with one of our wine experts! Sit back and relax while your host virtually guides you through a custom flight of Swanson wines.
As you sip and learn about each wine, you will have the opportunity to discuss any wine-centric topics that pique your interest!
This 30–45 minute virtual tasting experience is complimentary with the minimum purchase of 12 bottles and is completely customizable. To reserve your virtual tasting, choose your preferred date and time and we will contact you shortly to assist with your wine selection and delivery.
How It Works
Book at least 2 weeks in advance

Click Book Now to schedule your preferred date and time for your Virtual Tasting! Tastings must be booked at least two weeks in advance to ensure your wine arrives in time. Please allot 30-45 minutes for experience.
2. select wines with our wine experts
Upon reserving your time and completion of form, you will be contacted by a Wine Expert via phone to discuss and select your wines and delivery options.
3. get ready to taste
24 hours prior to your Virtual Tasting, your host will send you the Zoom link to access your scheduled tasting. Be sure to chill your white wines, grab a wine opener and have your wine glass(es) ready at start time!

What happens during a Virtual Wine Tasting?
A Private Virtual Wine Tasting will take place via Zoom with one of our wine experts as your dedicated host. During this 30-45 minute experience your host will guide you through the wines you chose for your tasting, providing tasting notes, winemaking info and more. You provide all your own glassware and wine openers, and we will provide the knowledge!
How long does it take to receive wine after I order?
It depends on where you are located and what shipping method you choose but you can expect to receive the wines 4-10 days after confirming your order depending on your location. Typically, the west coast takes anywhere from 2-5 days and the east coast takes around 7-10 days. See full Shipping Policy.
How much will the whole experience cost?
This experience is completely complimentary with the minimum purchase of 12 bottles. The final price depends on the type of wine selected, number of bottles, and where we are shipping to.
How long will a virtual tasting last?
Our Wine Expert is your dedicated host for up to 45 minutes. The exact length of time all depends on the quantity of wines you are tasting through and any questions you may have throughout the experience.
How far in advance should I book my tasting?
We recommend virtual tastings be booked at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for wine to arrive to your doorstep.
